I had an excellent experience with this auto shop and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic. They replaced my flywheel and timing belt and serviced my transmission fluid. From the beginning, their communication was excellent. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and were completely upfront about the work my car needed. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. One thing that really impressed me was that they provided a free loaner car the same day as my appointment, which made having major repairs done so much easier and more convenient. The work was done professionally, and I felt confident knowing my car was in good hands with Kyle, Mike and Nick. Finding an auto shop you can truly trust isn’t always easy, but I’m very happy with my experience here. Honest, communicative, accommodating, and excellent customer service—I would absolutely recommend them!

Great experience! I needed a four wheel alignment. Made the appt online and had a quick, easy no hassle visit. No up sale or picking my car apart. Just took care of my issue and had me on the road in about 45 mins to an hour. Very friendly family owned business and loved the free snacks and coffee as I didn’t have time for lunch that day. Would highly recommend!!! I will be going back for my future car needs.

I had a great experience at Pro Auto Care - Middletown! I came in for an oil change and was very happy with the service. They provided a shuttle to take me home and brought me back when my car was ready. The shuttle driver was a very nice guy and made the experience even better. The employees were friendly, professional, and honest. They checked my car thoroughly but didn’t push unnecessary services like some other shops do. I really appreciate that! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. This is my new go-to shop 😊

Quite possibly the BEST expierence I have ever had. Traveling from Michigan, vehicle in on Thursday morning out by Friday noon! They delt with the warrenty company and even accepted a coupon from their website!! Oh and a loaner vehicle so we could explore Kentucky! These two guys were amazing to talk to, Jacob was beyond great and easy to work with. 5 stars are NOT enough. Oh and Rufus was the best, I can see why he gets employee of the month every month! 🙌 Will be reccomending Pro Auto Care on Alken rd. In Louisville, KY on social media!!

I have been here twice now with both of our Mustangs. This place has it together. They are courteous and honest. The online scheduling is a breeze. I was able to use a free loaner car to get back to work. Kyle the service advisor didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Michael Neat the tech did a very thorough job with my recent car repair. He communicated his findings and recommendations with respect and knowledge. The price was great for the services. They even have a QC check by a manager to make sure things leave right and a small gift left in the car. I am definitely telling my friends and coworkers about this place.
